Emerging Leaders in Manufacturing: Belleville's Commitment to Growth

Today, I had the privilege of attending the kick-off of the “Emerging Leaders in Manufacturing” program as a mentor for our Sales Manager, Randy Bollinger. It was an excellent start, and I want to extend my gratitude to Catalyst Connection for their invaluable support. Their programs and resources play a key role in strengthening our industry.

Investing in Training & Workforce Development

At Belleville International, we are deeply committed to training, learning, and development. We have engaged with many of our suppliers to conduct on-site training, and even more initiatives are in the works. Additionally, our partnership with the Tri-County Workforce Investment Board has been instrumental in supporting these efforts.

Industry Engagement & Technical Advancements

Last fall, several members of our team attended the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) in Chicago. We are also actively participating in vendor symposiums and networking groups, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry developments.

Beyond these initiatives, we remain highly engaged with trade associations such as the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA) and the National Tooling and Machining Association (NTMA). We are also working to enhance our technical training efforts by soon integrating NIMS programs and offerings.

People Development: A Key to Success

The ongoing development of our people—in all aspects—is paramount to our success. Our dedication to training and industry involvement is reflected in our growing capabilities, skill sets, and, most importantly, our customer satisfaction.
